Jarch has four principal business lines: Agriculture, Hydrocarbons, Infrastructure, and Metals and Minerals. These business lines are each responsible for managing the production, sourcing, logistics, and industrial investment activities relating to the products within the business line.

Jarch's Agriculture business line invests in a diversified portfolio of greenfield agriculture projects, including, but not limited to, farmland and agribusiness assets for the production of multiple commodities including, but not limited to: cereals such as maize and sorghum, wheat, palm oil, groundnuts, biodiesel, and sugar.
Currently, Jarch is commencing its agribusiness activities in Southern Sudan which has some of the most fertile soil on earth. Jarch has the unique opportunity to lease vast tracts of prime farmland and implement modern farming techniques to enable sustainable food production to address significant local unmet market demand and solve regional food insecurity.
Jarch's Hydrocarbon business line focuses on and/or has interests in the production of oil and natural gas.
Jarch's Infrastructure business line focuses on construction of roads and major infrastructure projects.
Jarch's Metals and Minerals business line focuses on and/or has interests in the production of numerous metals and minerals including, but not limited to, gold, uranium, and zinc.
